NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Dear Homeowners:

The Board of Directors of the Memorial Chase Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the clubhouse located at 9411 Landry Boulevard, Sprint, Texas 77379.

The subjects to be discussed at this meeting are general business of the Association, including committee reports, approval of meeting minutes, financial reports, the collection report, the budget, new business and unfinished business.

The executive session will start at 7:00 p.m. and the “public” open session will start at 8:30 p.m.
